You don’t really need any more instructions other than the tutorials published in the previous QUILTsocial posts: Needles and Thread Make All the Difference and Big Stitching Basics. Once you know the basics apply them liberally everywhere using seams, dots or elements on printed fabrics as your guide. For this last installment of Big Stitching, here’s a more complex pattern where the half square triangles used to make the zigzag pattern becomes the guide for hand quilting big stitches.
