I love sewing hexies by hand but I'd love to learn how to sew them by machine - great pattern!!

 Christine Baker has a few tips on how to sew hexagons by machine, under the heading Machine Applique using the Blanket Stitch. I hope this helps.

Hexagons are my favourite 'take with me' project and I love the look of them. Louisa Garden has a lot of appeal for me.

Yes, even in the knitting circle, we knit hexagons to make a knitted quilt! So fascinating on all the craft mediums! And you're right, they're so portable. Good Luck with the draw!
