Yesterday I created the oversize shoofly quilt block. This will be the background to which I’ll add the appliques.
Today I’ll trace the sign shapes onto fusible adhesive in preparation for applique tomorrow. There’s a lot to get through today so let’s get started!
materials
- HeatnBond Lite iron-on adhesive
- pencil
- Lightbox if you have one, or a window
- paper scissors
- iron

I use HeatnBond Lite for all my applique projects!
Of course, you may choose to create your sign by hand applique.

Please note that all the applique shapes have been reversed for you.
