The 3 patterns will work just fine for me. I just purchased 3 fat quarter bundles with 5 fat quarters. I was going to use them for placemats and napkins. One set will be used for the backing and one for the napkins. I can lay them out and cut all at the same time. The left overs can be used as mug rugs or coasters. Thank you.

Do you sew a 1/4” seam?

Yes, I do sew a 1/4" seam.

These will be perfect for the placemats for Meals on Wheels I make through my Guild. I'll just have to take off 0.5" each way or finish them envelope-style so they end up 12" X 18". Thank you. It's nice to have a different style to do.
