Take an old unused rotary cutter and write the word paper on it. As some scissors are only to be use with fabrics this rotary cutter will only be used for paper or other non-paper / non-fabric materials.
Store dull or nicked blades in an old blade container for the purpose of cutting non-fabric materials.
